How to paint red tabards for Warhammer 40k Black Templars!

This miniature painting short is not our typical content, because I’m painting an Ultramarine, Lt. Titus, technically he is a Captain now, as a Black Templar to support St. Jude Children’s Hospital (Something the Salamanders would endorse). We will be listing this miniature on Miniswap.gg and thanks to their support 100% of proceeds will be donated to help kids diagnosed with cancer and advanced diseases. This video will also focus on how to paint the 40k Black Templar's tabard in a red scheme using only two paints and the layering technique. I also show the difference between the painted tabard with and without a matte varnish. The matte varnish helps make the red colors pop. This red cloth miniature paint scheme that we used on the tabard can also be applied to capes, robes, and any Warhammer Age of Sigmar, Warhammer 40k, or other tabletop games pieces. It is kind of ironic how we are painting an Ultramarine, in a Black Templar Scheme, for a Salamander cause. #miniaturepainting #miniaturepaintingforbeginners #blacktemplars #warhammer40k #ultramarines #spacemarines #warhammerpainter #warhammerpainting
