WHAT TO EXPECT: It's all about the BUILD! We have a fun format for this full-body strength workout! We will target all of the major muscles in the upper and lower body. EQUIPMENT: You only need dumbbells! To maximize this session, aim to lift moderately heavy, relative to you! STRUCTURE: Eight rounds of three exercises. In each round, we will include two individual exercises for sets 1 and 2 and then combine those exercises for the final set! For sets 1 and 2, we will work for 40 seconds, and for set 3, we will work for 60 seconds, resting for 15 seconds between sets. After each round, we will rest for 30 seconds before moving on.
