What Happens In Vegas...

Ever heard the saying 'What happens in Vegas?' A place which definitely vacates everyone's needs whilst enjoying their holidays. Whether you are on a hen or stag do or just in Vegas with the family. You will surely be able to find plenty of entertainment in Las Vegas. The only place to start with in Vegas is the hotels. Which are without doubt out of this world and are extremely big. You can actually be in one hotel and walk through one of the many rooms and then be in a different hotel without even realising. Each hotel has something original and different from the others, whether it's the Bellagio or the Wynn you choose you will not be disappointed with each hotel being full of luxury. The majority of Vegas hotels have a number of nightclubs and often have many casinos inside for you to have a gamble if you wish. Vegas hotels are always very modern and very established, which is on one of the reasons why Las Vegas is a very popular destination. Then onto the main strip which really is where Vegas comes alive, being approximately 4.2 miles long and full of flashing lights, casinos and many of the largest hotels on either side, you are sure to be taken back by the atmosphere and surroundings especially when the sun goes down in Vegas. Not many people know this but the Strip isn't actually located within the City of Las Vegas, but actually passes through towns of Paradise and Winchester which is South of the Las Vegas city's limit. Still the Strip is definitely a scenic route you don't want to miss. And if you're looking for the very well known 'Welcome To Fabulous Las Vegas' sign, it is located in the median just south of Russell Road, across from what is now demolished Klondike Hotel & Casino. A similar sign can also be found at the north end of the Strip near St Louis and South Main Streets. There are several free trams which operate on the west side of the strip which are available for everyone so look out for the stopping points. A major big tip to those who have never been to Vegas before is if you're getting in a taxi, know that they can only stop at hotel entrances or designated spots. So make sure you plan ahead as the driver will want to know which designated spot you want to go to. Most shows or attractions are located within the hotel casinos, so look out for what shows are on offer when you're going to be in Vegas, booking in advance is the best thing to do as shows are often sold out very quickly and you don't want to leave it until last minute as you may then be paying an arm and a leg on the door. There are many free attractions that are very popular to tourists. The most popular being the water fountains at the Bellagio Hotel. Then there is the show at Treasure Island -- Sirens of TI. You may even want to take a trip to Caesars Palace, which alone has beautiful architect making it one beautiful hotel, they even have a free show called the 'Fall of Atlantis' which is based on Greek-Roman mythology and shows sibling rivalry with huge statues and a great atmosphere. With plenty of water and fire displays, you won't want to forget your camera! But if you just come to Vegas just to party then with the many clubs and casinos in Vegas you will surely not run out of places to go. Many are open until the early hours and some are open 24 hours which is why they say Las Vegas, is the city that never sleeps. With the casinos to gamble, the many beautiful women and lots of alcohol to offer for the over 21's it's no wonder it's a popular holiday destination to visit with friends or family for the party atmosphere. But be careful When in Vegas... as many wake up married or with blurry memory from the night before.
