This recipe is perfect for breakfast, tiffin, or any South Indian meal. ⸻ ✅ Ingredients: • 2 ripe tomatoes • 1 tbsp black gram (urad dal) • 1 tbsp bengal gram (chana dal) • 2 green chillies • 2 red chillies • Few curry leaves • 1 onion (sliced) • 4 garlic cloves • Salt to taste • Oil for frying For Tempering: • 1 tsp mustard seeds • 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) • Few curry leaves ⸻ 🍳 Method: 1️⃣ Heat oil and fry urad dal, chana dal, green chilli, red chilli & curry leaves. 2️⃣ Add onion, garlic and tomatoes; sauté until soft and cooked. 3️⃣ Let it cool and blend into a smooth chutney. 4️⃣ Prepare tempering with mustard seeds, jeera and curry leaves. 5️⃣ Pour tempering over chutney and mix well.
