How to Check a Fuse with a Multimeter? DIY

When something in your car stops working, the cause can most often be found in the fuse box, whether the main one in the engine compartment or the more specific one, the distribution box under the steering wheel near the driver's door. The cause of a component not working is not a fuse, but a short circuit or overload in the wiring in that circuit. If a fuse blows frequently, it means, for example, the blower motor is operating with resistance, meaning it's seized, or you've installed a higher-wattage bulb in the lighting. Please remember that a fuse protects the wiring, i.e., the electrical system, from burning out and damage. Therefore, do not install fuses with a higher operating current, such as a 10A fuse, in a socket that should have a 5A fuse in the fuse panel. This could melt the insulation on the wires and cause a serious problem. Instead of pulling each fuse one by one and checking it visually, it's better to use a multimeter to check if it's working (there's continuity). Have you had any interesting experiences with fuses?
